The Cigar Box Banjos sound very similar to their larger cousins. The neck and fretboard are made of hardwood; the cigar boxes are usually made of mahogany and are braced with hardwood on the inside to ensure years of enjoyment. We manufacture and assemble many of the parts in our shop.
